This machine is used to press various granular raw materials into round tablets, suitable for laboratory trial production or small batch production of various tablets, sugar tablets, calcium tablets, shaped, etc. It is characterized by a small desktop electric continuous press machine, which can also be hand-cranked. The machine can be installed a die, the filling depth of the material, the thickness of the sheet can be adjusted.
1. Basic structure
The single stamping machine is mainly composed of the following components:
Punching system: including upper punch, lower punch, and die ring, together forming a tablet mold.
Feeding device: Fill the material into the mold hole through a hopper and a powder feeder.
Pressure regulating mechanism: manually or mechanically adjust the downward pressure of the upward punch to control the hardness and thickness of the tablet.
Transmission system: The crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is driven by a handwheel or motor to drive the punch up and down.
Tablet dispensing device: The downward punch rises to push the compressed tablet out of the mold hole.
2. Working principle
Filling: Lower down to the lowest position, and the powder feeder fills the material into the mold hole.
Tablet pressing: Pressing upwards and downwards together with downward pressing to compress the material, forming tablets.
Tablet dispensing: Lift the tablet by upward flushing and lift it by downward flushing to push it out of the mold hole. The powder feeder pushes the tablet open to complete the cycle.
